- Termite Damage Discovery: Identified and assessed termite damage, leveraging our carpentry expertise to determine necessary repairs.
- Structural Repairs: Replaced and repaired exterior trim and window infrastructure, including structural elements supporting the windows.
- Restoration Efforts: Over eight months and multiple phases, restored all exterior trim and stained-glass window structures for 11 windows. Pro Service tradesmen performed 80% of the work, including windows, structures, and ornate woodwork trim.
- Collaboration: Maintained open communication with FUMC leadership and the church’s insurance company to ensure efficient project completion.

Sonja Taylor-Larkowski, FUMC’s Director of Finance and Administration, inherited the project mid-way due to a staff retirement. She shared:
