Michael Garner

Owner and President

In over 20 years of commercial construction management, Michael Garner has worked with a wide range of projects, including churches and schools. It’s this experience, combined with a commitment to deliver professional solutions, that he brings to Pro Service Builders customers.

Jason Sweat

Estimator/Project Manager

Jason has 20 years of residential construction experience, giving him a high level of comfort working with insurance claims and estimates. He brings a broad skillset to each project with areas of deep expertise in carpentry, painting and drywall.

Eric Smith

On Site Superintendent

Eric has 36 years of experience, including residential and commercial buildings. In addition, he has experience with electrical work, plumbing, flooring and framing.

Tim Epley

On Site Superintendent

Tim has been in the construction industry for 35 years, including 12 years in which he was a supervisor for projects at colleges, banks, and churches. During this time, he gained experience with metal studs, drywall and carpentry. As a superintendent, he has worked with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Steve Loftis

On Site Superintendent

Steve has 26 years of experience working construction, including 23 years in which he worked for himself. Among other things, he also has experience with framing, trim and finish carpentry, painting and electrical work.

Brian Cox

On Site Superintendent

In Brian’s 20 years in the construction industry, he has had plenty of experience in trim, carpentry and foundation work. In addition, he has supervised many multi-million-dollar projects, including many schools and churches.

Baylor Cohu

Assistant Project Manager

Baylor joined Pro Service Builders more than two years ago as a project management intern and has begun leading projects for our clients across industries. Baylor graduated from Harding University studying Information Technology and Business. Baylor has advanced training in Xactimate and Critical Path Scheduling.
