Keith Brooks, Vice President of Sales
Keith brings a rare combination of public-sector leadership and private-sector sales experience to his role with us. Known for building trust-based relationships and leading high-performing teams, Keith is excited to help expand Pro Service Builders’ reach and impact across the region.
Keith brings decades of experience in relationship-driven sales and leadership, having worked with organizations such as Dell, Cardinal Health, and most recently State Farm. Throughout his career, he has helped clients solve complex challenges by listening carefully, aligning teams, and delivering results they can rely on—an approach that mirrors Pro Service Builders’ commitment to serving schools, municipalities, and commercial partners.
In addition to his extensive career in sales, Keith currently serves in the Arkansas House of Representatives where he is Chair of the House Education Committee. He also serves on the Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative, and Military Affairs Committees. This experience gives him a deep understanding of the operational, budgetary, and long-term needs of educational and public institutions.
A graduate of Harding University, Keith holds both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA. He lives in Little Rock, Arkansas, with his wife Jenny, and they are proud parents of three children.
